We moved our basics classes to different times. This gives us more matspace during busy fundamentals classes and should reduce the amount of people in the changing rooms after fundamentals classes.

We added another fundamentals class on Saturday at 8 in the morning.

We swapped our Monday and Tuesday evening classes to better accommodate people who train every second day.

All our advanced classes were changed to intermediate classes (with the exception of Saturday) where we teach our new intermediate (blue to purple) curriculum. Just as previously in the advanced classes, you are free to drill whatever you want during the drilling part of class.

The intermediate classes have the same 3 stripe requirement as the advanced classes. We recommend that you complete at least 1 full rotation of our fundamentals before joining the intermediate classes.
