Caio Terra Seminar 2022
« Back to blogWe had a seminar with the 12 time black belt world champion Caio Terra at the BJJ Lab. The topic was attacking the back and Caio showed us some new ways to gripfight our way to a submission. He shared some amazing details that make getting to the finish a lot easier.
One of the highlight of the seminar were the promotions of our coaches Sev, Pat and Joonas. We have now two new black belts and a new brown belt at the BJJ Lab.
